facebook privacy settings.

First I know. facebook why am I on it. I mean I don't use it in any regular way but I have an account because of freinds and family. Try to make it a point to check if someone is trying to get a hold of me with that format like once a week. Also I know. Two posts in a day. Thats a lot for me. But man I get an email about changes to their settings menu with a blurb:

The setting to disconnect your off-Meta activity is going away. You can use the updated Activity from other businesses setting to choose if we use your activity from other apps, websites or offline interactions, such as in-store purchases, to show you relevant ads and now other content. To adjust this setting, go to Your information and permissions in your account settings.

and oh man the actually settings area is such a cluster. The above blurb is no where near enough to try and make your settings are as closed as possible so now you have to rely on people who figured it out and made a page about it or a youtube video.
