Yep. Everyone says how great it's to have a house excluding the parts like a tree destroying your sewage pipe and shit coming out of the shower drain when you flush. Or Surprise! Your water inlet line broke because it's rusty. It's a drought! But you need to make sure your front yard has grass or you get to pay a $250 fine everyday. And so on.
I'm sure I can get a relationship or company but I'm too tired and I don't want another financial expense or potential headache; ladies at my age are not the most mentally stable. I might just attract the weirder people, but 30-40 has not been fun.
Well, at least enough that you're not relying on your partner to "fix you" or take care of you. It's ok to be broken (I will be my whole life) but my relationships were vastly different after a few years of solo living and learning to take care of myself, and soon enough I found my wife.

We could all use somebody to lean on.
Yeah this is where I stand right now. Too much shit to deal with to actively seek that company though...

The good relationship comes much easier once you've figured your shit out.
When does this figuring out of shit end though? I feel like the more I figure out, the more the mountain of unfigured out shit grows.
