"Added" aka companies post jobs they don't actually hire for so they can, A. Keep a running list of possible candidates in case they do hire, and B. Gather and sell your data about you and your resume, etc you list so much info on a resume/CV, so why not? It makes them money for doing almost nothing. I know they do because job hunting last year I noticed my spam calls upticked significantly!

Noticed this as well. I definitely get more spam calls when job hunting.. the recruiters/HR people who do this are subhuman imo
