Doubt it, because that would defeat the purpose of using a CDN as your security boundary.

What privacy protecting steps are you taking? Generally it’s turning those off. The more normal you look the more likely to get past cloudflare.

But if cloudflare just has that IP hard blocked then you’re SOL. Find an IP that’s not.

No. CDNs are implemented on the server-side of the equation. They aren't something the client can choose to use (or not to use).

Can I ask why would one want to bypass cloudflare? Is cloudflare not good or something?

I think the issue they're having is that cloudflare blocks the IP addresses of the vpn being used, making it impossible to use the website without turning off the vpn
