they got’em.
The folks I mentioned in the «Body» don't even see sinks. They walk right out after they are done evacuating.

people not washing their hands on public toilets suck so much extra cause unless one uses a paper towel or something now to touch the door handle when leaving, one will also have filthy hands again ;w;

Recently was in the cinema again. They did not have any paper towels, only two of those hand blowers… which themselves are known to be filthy.

I get the feeling that, ever since the end of Covid, we're moving backwards beyond even pre-Covid hygiene.

It's stayed better than it was before here in Sweden. Many shops etc. have sanitizer by the entry, ones with sensors so you don't need to touch them. I rarely see toilets without toilet paper, paper towels and soap now which was pretty common, especially bars and clubs, before. Queues are still more spaced out then before too, definitely not as much as during covid but enough to where it's a noticeable change. It's also way more common to see people have their own sanitizer bottles in their pockets ans bags and use masks when they're sick.

If cafés/restaurants/whatever don't have paper towels in their bathrooms I simply don't go.

They're still both poop & pee. Unless you're saying pee in toilets and poop in urinals.

No wait, you're just saying you can't pee in toilets. Big difference. No waffle stomp needed.

Urinals are designed for water based liquid disposal “pee.” Why I made the «Title» distinction. I could also write it as «Bowls🚽 only🚪, pee💦 wall🧱 inclu.🚪 rule»

Impossible. Don't tell me Boomers no longer teach themselves current logograms.
Here, a gen α ver:

Maybe you should learn words so you know that's exactly what I said in my reply to myself.

Hey, we were just talking about you!
Look @[email protected], an ameyingauth grammarian not keeping up w/modern logographs.

Instead asking for elaboration, and having the humility to ask me “watch mean homeslice?” I get a double ableist insult! Now, watch me report’m and see how shā.zone reacts!

Tja. Most people get annoyed when they feel like you’re playing with language at them as opposed to with them (I’m not excusing the stroke comment), which can be a buzzkill, but I haven’t figured out how to jokingly respond “aquaria” to someone who doesn’t know me well saying “aquariums” without them getting annoyed (it’s a hilarious joke, because I would never, but somehow the vast majority of the potential audience to my joke doesn’t think it’s funny… I should probably continue doing it, but explain it more), I suspect because they don’t feel like they’re in on the joke and think I’m mocking them.

I wish it weren’t so, but I can’t figure out how to change it, so I just embrace being misunderstood (ironically, given our other discussion) or bite my tongue, depending on the circumstances. You’d probably have better luck than I do though, because you were able to make me reach a different understanding of your communicative goal from the one I had when I initially read your first comment in the other thread.

Jeez, that was wordy.

Anyway, I’m honestly not sure about how Ada will handle it, she’s generally very good about ableist language, but that’s a really culturally entrenched “joke” and might not cross the line for her. I’d probably warn them publicly in a comment, and tag them in case they make a similar comment in the future. Regarding the learning words comment, it’s trickier. Not having learned something isn’t a person's fault, but it’s something that person can generally change and isn’t a disability (definitely a barrier and can definitely result from a disability though), so I wouldn’t automatically classify it as ableist. However, if it were said in a second language classroom or aphasia ward or to someone the speaker knew or suspected had a disability which made the learning of words or expression of learned words more difficult, that would absolutely fall under ableism for me. Given that it wasn’t said in those circumstances and the question about such a disability was almost certainly disingenuous, I’d probably just mention it in the warning comment, because there’s a good chance they’d never considered that it might be ableist. I am not an expert on ableism or effectively combating it, nor am I a mod, so that’s just me spitballing because I’m on the train.

Edit specified floor

accidents happen. I can't blame emergencies like number 4. Toilets also have drains. If your’s don't, you need to refloor.

just please please clean after yourself. don't spread biohazards.

Made edit since it wasn't clear. Yes toilets have drains, but my household bathroom doesn't have a drain in the floor. All public restrooms that I have seen have a drain in the floor, but i could be wrong, haven't been in all public restrooms.

If I need to leak, I go to the right one.
If I need to combo, left.
If left is busy, I go to right.
otherwise great algorithm
