[DEV] RKA (2.3.5) and Summoning: Reincarnated (0.7.4) dual bugfix release

RKA: https://github.com/TrashboxBobylev/Rat-King-Adventure/releases/tag/2.3.5

SummPD: https://github.com/TrashboxBobylev/Summoning-Reincarnated/releases/latest

No new content for both. I want that "User-perceived crash rate" metric to go as low as possible first. Here's silly image instead.

Update: please update Summoning for fixes of things, original singing key restore and new versioning workflow.
