I think the only liquids you could consume that wouldn't hydrate you are alcoholic. The dieruetic effect of caffiene is very minor and also specific to already needing to eliminate waste, and the sugar content of soda and juice isn't high enough to cause dehydration. And even with the alcohol, it might be fine with a low percentage beverage, like beer or wine.
What about a southern sweet tea? I understand the high temperature is taken advantage of to dissolve more sugar into it (which just sounds gross to me).
