(It's an xray of someone getting done doggy style - the ribs extend above her head and the hips are either from another person or have erupted out of her flesh and are going for a walk on their own. Might be AI or photoshop, might be Xray techs screwing around, but I can't tell from such a small image)

Thanks lmao I'm obviously no x-ray nurse as I didn't see the head in the torso at all

(post-coffee, I tink the image is of a single person and has been touched up, there's some missing anatomy that would make it obvious and usually the heart isn't quite so skull-shaped as that person's)

Yeah that x-ray needs to be marked NSFW

(Sentences I never expected to type)

Any x-ray tech would disagree with your thoughts on never thinking they'd have to type that out.

No idea if the X-ray is fake or not, nor am I doctor. Corset/restrictive garment use if there’s an actual problem maybe?

(hint: There's two people in the xray)

(a revision of my previous hint: There's one person and a bit of photoshop in the xray)

Help for someone who can't see the fucking sailboat?

It's two people fuckin'. Edit: Nope, it's just a retouched image. Teach me to comment before I'm awake....

The distinct skeleton you can see in the foreground is presumably from a standing male (you can see what looks like an end-on angle of the shaft at the base) - most of the soft tissue is from presumably a female (from the overly distinct labia that's visible) bent over in front of them.

So honestly, after staring at it for far too long (and having some coffee) I'm guessing this is just a manipulated image (but probably not outright AI generated, it gets the major anatomy right).

::: spoiler X-Rays do kinda look like two people doin' it already:

:::

::: spoiler But it's really exaggerated here with the shape of the skull and blurring. The part that made me initially think Two People (besides seeing rad techs do shit like this entirely too often (don't do healthcare tech, it's the worst)) is here:

:::

::: spoiler which really looks like a rear image of a male pelvis but that has shifted/was moving during imaging (image is for comparison, I couldn't find a matching example of a patient moving during an xray):

These windmills aren't going to tilt themselves, that would just be silly.

Yeah, I revised it post-coffee elsewhere in the comments, missed this one.

Is there actually something wrong here? Did she fog up her body or something?

That's where her spooky skeleton is supposed to be no? Inside?

I dont think buttocks and the lower abdomen are supposed to be this dense, I think she has too many cosmetic surgeries

Nah that’s just underexposure. Look at the subq fat on each side, that should be much darker.

A diagnosis is impossible to make from this screenshot of a screenshot of a poor image and trying to read that on a phone.

So I think the question may be more technical than diagnostic.

The question that’s asked is “can you tell if there’s a problem with this abdominal scan?”

Which your could read as: “_can you tell if there’s a [problem with this abdominal scan]?” rather than “can you tell if there’s a problem, with this abdominal scan?”

Now the body shape is unusual, so it may be AGI, but if it’s real the answer would be underexposure and poor collimation at both the top and bottom of the image on a young woman, unnecessarily exposing breast and other tissue to radiation on an X-ray that’s supposed to look for issues in the abdomenm and getting a non-diagnostic X-ray at that.

They aren't creating intelligence, they're creating a digital people and their person might be a douche bag.

I am not a doctor. I don’t know how to diagnose medical problems from an x ray. Groks response is priceless, though.
