The Ed Sheeran thing is blown way out of proportion.
Am I the only one who feels this is a manufactured outrage? I don't listen to either Pink or Ed, but there is so many other issues to be outraged about besides some artist support act voicing and attacking the main artist. Or are people just channeling their anger towards Ed.
All the reactions just seems out of proportion to me.

Multiple things can be bad. But prominent musicians (the supporting acts) backing out of the show of a very powerful person in their industry, at financial risk to themselves, in solidarity of a peer who was fired from the show for voicing support for Palestine, is a good news story & is inspirational. And it is fucked up that Macklemore was fired for showing support for Palestine.
All around, it's newsworthy and Ed Sheeran deserves public backlash.
I don't agree with Ed Sheeran at all, but the fact that he's black listed for having an opinion, all be it incredibly unpopular is kinda ridiculous. Now it's become if you don't cancel him you're a piece of shit with him.
It's a damn opinion. He's not over there bombing people. Hell technically he has the same opinion as our comander and chief that won the last election. Not that I like it, but that's what it is.
