Reduce demand- just issue an executive order requiring employers to allow work from home. 😂

A shitload of us don't have the kind of job that can be done from home. But yeah, I like the idea where it is feasible. We would still benefit since it'd mean less traffic for those of us who would still have to commute.

Not much they call do about it?!

How about stopping your stupid war in the middle east?

I'm not sure I've come across a more brain dead analysis.

Trump can't stop it. The Iranians control the strait; only they decide when we're done. Nothing Trump can do, even surrendering and withdrawing completely from the entire middle east, can force them to let ships through if they don't want to.

I cannot overemphasize how royally and permanently Trump fucked up by disrupting the previous status quo, where Iran still thought the US had power to enforce maritime law.

You say Trump fucked up. I say Trump behaved as intended with the intended result.

Donnie dumbass seems to think telling Ukraine and Russia how to conduct their war - and not target fuel - is the answer.

I think if the question is, "How can I shift blame for the soaring price of crude from my own disastrous war to Putin's war?", this would be a pretty textbook way to answer it.
