Yeah, their bags are pretty cool! They all have illustrations by the same illustrator.
I’m using a V60, with James Hoffmann’s five pour technique. Usually brewing for just myself, so 250 ml water.

I need to make more V60s. Usually when I do filter coffee it’s with my Hario Switch and I typically do a partial immersion brew. I need to do more straight percolation brews, they’re fun. Usually I do espresso, and filter coffee is just for a travel mug for my drive to work, so it’s not really worth the effort, but I do enjoy pour overs too. I just don’t play with them as much. I should change that.
