Lemmy treatment. This is a very helpful and hilarious couple talk about autism, ADHD and relationships between autistic/adhd/audhd people and neurotypical people.
Hope this helps some people be seen.

What tips of theirs have you found helpful. The titles seemed too click bags for me. I did skip through some but they seemed to just give examples of things "sometimes tasks seem to big" "my autistic partner dosnt like noise" without any real information.
Not so much tips but more acknowledgment, and (for me) one of the first who make useful distinctions between the two brains (the autism brain and the adhd brain) and how they often pull in different directions and create paralysis and fatigue.
And the tips of how she lives with him is really helpful too, where the neurodivergent person would not think of that as unusual and the neurotypical really needs a lot of kindness, empathy and understanding to understand that world.
