He said a few gun deaths every year is worth it to keep the second amendment. Say what you will about Charlie Kirk, but he really stuck his neck out for what he believed in.

Equally commendable is how his wife has held her head high and really stuck to her belief that women should not get emotional or hysterical in public.

He really took one for the team. He was a red-blooded American, the way he spouted what he had inside. Leaned into his work, he did, through and through.

I lived basically my whole life without seeing or hearing this guy, and then he got shot, and now I get to see endless memes months out about him.

Just let him be forgotten, he’s not worth remembering.

If you didn't know him before the killing you're lucky.

It's only been a year. I'm celebrating the death of a hate monger.

Since his death he has been memed so much he will be completely forgotten and his legacy will be nought. I say let the memes flow, they will eventually subside and redirect their scorn and contempt to someone or something new.

I don't think he should be forgotten. He should be a warning to all bigots and Nazis. That should be your only outcome. Others should learn the effective ways of getting rid of these people.

I was aware of him as a right wing troll debater through the internet but never ran into his content, or a fan, out in the wild. But a week after he died a billboard by my office had like an obituary 'never forget' type thing for him. Nauseating.

I'm pro 2nd amendment, and this reminds me to keep my beliefs private.

There are millions of people that will cheer the death of anyone who disagrees with them. This reveals (one more time) how easy it is for a civilian population to turn into a murderous mob.

One day you're fine, the next day you're murdered for being Jewish, and they cheer.

One day you're fine, the next day you're murdered for wearing glasses, and they cheer.

One day you're fine, the next day you're murdered for criticizing the prophet, and they cheer.

and so on, forever. Never forget.

Charlie Kirk got murdered for being racist, and transphobic, and substituting what he wanted to be true for actual data, and saying school shootings were an acceptable sacrifice for gun rights, while retaining the thinnest possible veneer of reasonability to convince people his views were normal.

I can see why Republicans in particular are scared that if someone like him can get shot, they might be next.

I'm pro 2a. This guy died because he was a tremendous asshole who advocated violent policies and contributed to the rise of fascism in the USA.
