Changes so far

• Update tap to close gallery gestures
• Fix mention popup not anchored correctly
• Add link option to unwrap a proxied image url. This option is only shown if the URL is detected to be a proxied image URL.
• Respect repeat count in GIF metadata
• Overhaul language picker for post/comments. New language picker UI that should be easier to use. New options for setting a language as the default for an account.
