Like literally no. Had a friend who got a literal unwanted pregnancy, she hemmed and hawwed about it for a couple weeks then decided to keep it because an abobo felt icky. And I garuntee she was in a fucking manic phase because she has BPD and didn't consider it was an 18+ year commitment.
Not trying to sound sexist, but now she's stressed as hell, about twice the size she was pre pregnancy, and baby daddy is absentee but pays for shit at least. And then goes on to be upset because she can't go out with friends anymore.
Like the amount people literally don't think about their actions is staggering, especially when it comes to children.
Hemming and hawing here and there about some of the most important things in life and about this or that thing ...And then BOOM they get blasted with a cancer or some long term disease diagnosis cause they deliberatrly chose to NEVER set aside ANY time to keep their body fit or they kept up their drinking habit, or they get sunken in child care costs cause most jobs dont pay a living wage anymore ESPECIALLY for a single parent , or they get floored by some 'random' divorce papers because they rarely ever listened to their partners' desires or they never listend to their partner's desires to not have a child, or their mental health takes a drastic turn for the worse because they deliberately chose to NEVER set time aside to meditate on themselves , their current life choices , and on their future or to speak to someone they can be vulnerable with about their mental health...
...and then suddenly theyre all 'Suprised-Pikachu-Faced.exe'
I dont have a single acquantaince with a child that is reachable to anyone in any way except texting so yea.
Hell one of them I borrowed a tool to, told me they still haven't got it back to me. That it's in their car, but they just haven't had time to get it back.
They live 5 minutes away.
And noz they're not just avoiding me, were bros. He really is fucked up by work and life.
