Advice on band replacement?
The band of my Casio W-800H is torn and needs replacement.
Any advice for what to replace it with?
Most important for me are durability and comfort.

My advice would be to go with a black NATO strap. I've had one on my Casio CA53W-1 for years since the original strap broke. It's already lasted three times as long as the original did, plus it is a lot more comfortable.

NATOs are one-piece. I have one on my F105-W, fits perfectly fine:
Match the width and you're good to go. You need an 18mm from what I can see.
