(fake) Lobster Roll
Using giant red wild caught pacific pawns in place of lobster. Quite a nice substitute at $7/lb at Freddy's!
Dressed in seasoned butter not mayo, I believe it's called Connecticut style. Topped on a brioche bun with spring mix.

Unpopular take: prawns taste better, anyway.
Give me some nice argentinian, giant tiger, river prawn, or colossal pacific white shrimp any day. The key is cooking properly, or not at all for ama ebi.
I don’t think that’s as unpopular as you think - unless you’re from Maine. They’ll thrown down if they hear talk like that.
