This man from You Only Live Twice (1967) is actually not a Japanese actor. If you squint you can see it’s Sean Connery in disguise from the hella weird subplot where Bond has to ”become Japanese”.
One of the absolute worst Bond movies imo. Completely forgettable aside from the final assault on the villain's (amazing) lair. The best Blofeld in the series was utterly wasted on this movie.
