Houston has NWSL, we're getting WNBA back next year, and haven't had any pro hockey since 2013. So we have a fan base for women's pro leagues and would love to get our hockey back.

I don't think hockey has anything like the Cascadia Cup, but having a team in all three Cascadia cities would be a great rivalry

Portland - Portland loves women's sports, and is just the kind of market the PWHL could look to when they open expansion talks again. Not only is there the Moda Center, but there's also the Veterans Memorial Coliseum next door. Either could house a PWHL team for a Takeover Tour stop, or permanently.

Too many more teams and it is going to become too watered down. We are at 12 now, I think anything over 24 is going to be too much.

Back when we had 6 and 8 teams I b watched almost every game. But now I will not be able to keep up.

It also just doesn't feel like the player pool is there, and everything I read still says it makes sense, fiscally, for players to stay playing in NCAA. I definitely hope the p dub is approaching this as "laying a foundation for an expansion in 4-6 years" and not "looking to add new teams next offseason."

I would be fine with no new teams at the end of this season. Then two every other year or something.
