[August 25, 2026] We are aware of the following bugs and issues with this Update.
🔹 [Dear Van Gogh] Wearing the Starry Mantle doesn’t remove the Spirit form when playing Quest 1, 2 and 5. 🔹 [Dear Van Gogh] Players have capes during Quest 3 even without wearing the Starry Mantle 🔹 [Dear Van Gogh] The Easel prop's canvas appears blank when placed during Shared Space creation. 🔹 [Presence] A player is occasionally not visible to others in the Presence system, even with Presence enabled. 🔹 [Presence] Framerate drops when many players gather around ember zones. 🔹 [Hall of Creativity] Starting a video in the Hall of Creativity stops a Two Embers screening already in progress. Leaving and returning resets it. 🔹 [Shared Creations] When viewing Shared Creations, using the scroll function may sometimes cause Shared Creations in the area to disappear for the user. Reloading the level may solve this issue. 🔹 [PlayStation] There are currently some IAPs visible on the PlayStation storefront page which should only be available in-game. In order to avoid issues with your purchases, please go through Sky's in-game Shop menus. For items like the Summer Camping Event's Feathery Lash Mask, players may need to wait until the event begins and the item becomes available. If you already tried to make a purchase, please reach out to Player Support if you have not received your items within 72 hours of the event's start. Thank you!
