Anyone can fly, once.
I'd argue that during an unpowered flight attenpt, if the vertical distance traveled is greater than the horizontal distance traveled, that is not flying. That is plummeting.
So if I dive forward from a very low height I can briefly fly?

Claiming an earlier flight without any historical record to show as proof is a really dumb move.
