This is ultimately incorrect. Using Linux just means i'm willing to risk breaking my bootloader. Linux doesn't stop me from running wine to perpetuate my dependence on closed source software. It doesn't even prevent forgetting aliases that aren't immediately broken and wondering why none of my services work anymore. I'm better than those people because my time isn't a commodity.
Actually it's that alternations to the source code must be shared under the same license.

No, the Linux part is mandatory even if you don't tell them your distro. SMH, it's right there in the fine print.

TBF the Linux kernel already doesn't meet the criteria because of all the blobs (depending on who you ask, anyway). But yeah, shenanigans like this is why e.g. the Ubuntu font family is considered unfree despite its stated intention of being free.
You forgot to highlight the part of the Apple TOS about not using Apple Software on machines controlling nuclear devices.
