"Because you're an immigrant." A U.S. citizen in was immediately handcuffed by ICE Fascists for simply asking why he needed to show his ID. (Lake Worth, FL, 08/21/26)
A video recorded at a gas station in Lake Worth, Florida, shows an ICE/Border Patrol demanding ID from a U.S. citizen. When the citizen asks why, the agent responds, "Because you're an immigrant." Before even verifying his identity, fascists grab his hands and place him in handcuffs. Bystanders immediately step in to question how someone can be arrested without even being identified first, but the fascists ignore them and walk the man to their vehicle.
This encounter highlights a direct violation of the Fourth Amendment, which protects individuals from unreasonable searches and seizures. Requiring someone to prove their citizenship before being handcuffed, based solely on an arbitrary claim, demonstrates a concerning violation of constitutional rights by a paramilitary acting without accountability.

At the end of July the gestapo were given free reign to treat all black skinned people like they had been treating brown skinned people.

They hate black skin far far more than brown. ice is going to set the country on fire with this.
Most people here were given the chance to stand with their equals just a few years ago. The majority did not. This is the last chance before everything, including the things the protected class of people rely on, is gone. ice will not stop at black skinned people, and when they are decimated, there will not be enough people left to stop them from going further.
