I’m sorry but if you’ve got thousands of chickens locked up in sheds and presumably collect their eggs and/or kill them for meat I highly doubt it’s a “psychological shock” for you, otherwise you wouldn’t have been doing that in the first place.
The shock is losing so much inventory/production capacity unexpectedly. Not the fact that animals die.
The psychological shock must come from the lost earnings
Business types lose their minds over shrink, regardless of if their inventory finds it horrific
If their lost earnings means the end of their business... yeah, this IS a legitimate psychological shock.
I was so sad because i lost so much money.
