Hornet attacking a dragonfly [OC]
When I was out walking the dog this morning I heard a buzzing and saw this - occasionally the dragonfly would make an attempt to get away and fly a few metres but the hornet was hanging on tight and stinging it.

Saw the same thing yesterday. Dragonflies got it rough out there.
Wow that's amazing, I wonder if the dragonflies are dying off at the end of season and getting slower or something
