Hi, what are the posting rules for this community?
Are only certain sites allowed? Can one post finished puzzles? I’m new to sudoku and am I interested in getting active with the community.

Normally, the rules would be written into the sidebar. In this case, there are none, so just follow the instance-wide content policy: https://legal.lemmy.world/tos/#content-policy-rules-for-users
(The chance of you breaking those rules when discussing Sudoku is very low.)
Generally, just post stuff. If the community doesn't like it, you will get dislikes or comments about it. But there's not a huge amount of activity in this community, so folks will generally be very happy about any new activity.
