In July, Ukraine's defence forces began systematically targeting Russian logistics infrastructure used by Russian units to purchase dual-use goods, ammunition, communications equipment and components for drones on a large scale.

I'm all for targeting military support infrastructure, but this seems like a stretch to me. Are these the best targets they can hit?
