You know, most likely the SDS drills I’m thinking of are the same as the above hammer drill, just bigger with more power. Now that you mention it.

I assumed it was an sds because the hammering and driving are decoupled.

You can tell that's an SDS and not a three-jaw chuck by the spring and the comparably smaller diameter.
