The funny thing about "terrorism" is that it's definition technically fits almost every belligerent in any violent international conflict in addition to many internal conflicts.

We need more settlers killed in the West Bank and when they vacation abroad.
Israel would respond to violence in the West Bank with genocide. Give them cause and they would not hesitate to bomb the hell out of every arab resident there

They don't need cause. They will genocide people in the West Bank regardless.
Not that I disagree with your call for international pressure, but what is happening in the West Bank is genocide. Gaza gets a lot of attention for obvious reasons, but the genocide Israel is perpetrating is not against just Gazans--it's against all Palestinians and with clear ambition against all Levantine Arabs.
