has anyone tried out lemmynade as a lemmy app?
it seems pretty nice so far, though there isnt ios version right now
edit: it seems like the maintainer renamed it to liftoff, and also the link is to an outdated version

You are linking to an old version. There's a new version v0.9.8 and was renamed to Liftoff.
Also, as a suggestion just link to the releases page and the latest will be on top.

Liftoff as a name is so confusing because thats the name of one of the most popular FPV drone simulators. How do you even find this app on a regular web search?
Presumably the same way you find other apps that don't have the name of the protocol in the name? "Lemmy liftoff" and it's the first result for me.
You could say that Lemmy is a confusing name becausse it's the name of a very famous singer.

Yep - the latest release supports both 0.18.x and 0.17.x. I've been running it for the past few releases over the last couple of days and I really like it.
BTW, it's been rebranded as Liftoff.
Sorry, only mlem and Memmy apps so far as I am using iOS.

It was removed by the original dev that departed the project, but listed again by the rest of the team.

They just changed it to Liftoff

Never heard of it thanks for sharing. The app section of the join lemmy website should have get some push requests to include all the current apps.

100% - this is what i use now.
Jerboa completely broke for me when i added izzy's repo in fdroid and updated. Didn't looked up if my homeinstance is on 0.18 already (they are not...) now i can't access them and no matter what i do, Jerboa crashes for me when i install older versions.

Looks great, but it apparently strictly requires the new lemmy version, as my home instance shows no posts in liftoff. Will keep it for now and try it again when my instance updates

Just downloaded and I really like it so far. Seems to handle displaying various types of content in the "card" style feed than Jerboa and Connect imo.
