An Ohio solar farm invited 3 million bees to work beneath its panels, make honey, and teach employees how to become beekeepers, and it is working. I had never come across solar beekeeping before, but it's an awesome synergy of nature and green energy tech!

Well I mean bee farming with solar panels is innovative, but bee farms won't save the bees. That would be like saying that birds can't be endangered, we have lots of chickens
Yeah, unfortunately the best thing they could have done for native bees is plant native flowers under the panels and keep no honeybees.
Well the article explains they did plant native flowers. But what's wrong with honey bees?
European honeybees protected by human beekeepers outcompete native pollinators for the nectar and pollen that these plants grow, so that the native pollinators struggle to get enough food.
