This week I have a pretty classic Colombian from the local joint.
Nice change from last week when I had some wild, anaerobic stuff that was incredibly fruity 😅

I love funky anaerobically fermented beans! I have a bag right now from Rwanda, absolutely delicious.
Oh yeah, they were great! I always buy the anaerobic stuff when they have it, but this one was even wilder than usual so I needed a break from all the funky fruitiness, haha 😅
I wish roasters would keep using the generally accepted terms for the roast level.
They call this a Filter Roast but what is that? Since these guys are in Norway, I assume it is a light or maybe light/medium but there is no way of knowing for sure based on the info.
Rant over: This sounds like a yummy bean. I like the pink bourbons and the flavor notes sound nice.
Yeah, these terms aren’t used that much here it seems. Most light roasts I’ve encountered abroad are darker than what I’m used to from Norway, lol.
For this shop in particular, they just use filter/espresso roast in case they have the same beans roasted for both preparation methods. And both would be light roasts, just tuned in for each method.

Black tea. Never met a coffee with that tasting note that I liked. Most were undrinkable. What's your take on this one?
Can’t really say I get «black tea» while drinking it 😅 The aroma has some elements of it, though. But I like it! Not the best coffee I’ve had from Supreme, but they’re consistently pretty great!
I had an Ethiopian bean that had Bergamot as a note and it had this lovely Earl Grey tea flavor note. I have been chasing that for some time but it is rare to find.
I threw away 15lbs of Ethiopian black tea as it was undrinkable. :(
Garden Compost. I won't completely avoid it, but I'm now very cautious to order a sample before comitting to a larger purchase.
