How exactly do you run this? An SNES emulator?
No it’s a stand alone executable app.

Why allow takedowns to even take place? Boycott/revolt Capcom. Mirror mirror mirror mirror.
Hard to say. There are a ton of rom hacks and games that feature mm so who knows. Best to get it earlier than later I guess. 🍋️
