Damn, those are really impressive results (especially off an ender)! I've got beefier machines and I've always been afraid to chase Lego tolerances with FDM prints.
The trick is to not use dimensions designed for injection molding.3D printed bricks need different parameters.

Given the larcenous cost of Lego, I see a future in 3D printed interlocking bricks.
Some printing channels are printing entire Lego kits at larger scales, 2x, 3x, one guy is printing a Porsche model at 1:1.
