That sucks. I remember some years back speculation that she was suffering from PTSD from abuse.
Just last week I started rewatching season 1 of Heros to see if it still held up after all these years. It's not perfect but it's still damn good. Sad to hear about her struggles.

So was it suicide? I know she was dealing with alcoholism and depression.
That’s unknown at this time. Another article said she was recently complaining of back pain. It could be that she had a blood clot and it caused cardiac arrest.
