I was diognosed with "Unspesified non-organing pyhchosis" And my paranoia is not near to normal.

Well done! I'm at 1021 weeks and the first was the hardest by far. The second was easier, and every week since was easier still. You have done the hardest part, it does get easier from here, and it will become normal to not smoke.

Do something to distract yourself, and occupy your hands. My Dad quit smoking by playing with a Rubik's Cube. I lost weight by playing guitar.

After you've learned to control the nicotine cravings, smokers often have trouble with cravings for hand-mouth gestures that have become strong habits, and that often leads to relapse. Something that occupies the hands can help keep that from happening.

When i want to smoke I find doing a little exercise gives me a similar headrush

I'm to perfect to be addicted to anything, and i just proved myself to that i don't know can it be more amazing than that.

Idk if you drink alcohol, if you do, try to refrain for a while. Alcohol intensifies the cravins insanely.
