90s/00s anime episode about Golden Hamburgers
Not why I'm so fixated on this right now, but I remember seeing an episode of an anime or anime inspired show where the the main characters are in some kind of mall and people are super fixated on these plastic wrapped burgers that have a small chance of being golden. Literally all I remember is that it had some kind of monster of the week element in the middle (it had some kind of rolling attack?), and when the main character gets a golden burger at the end, it tastes like crap.
Google has failed me yet again today.
Edit: now that I'm thinking of it more, I think the "monster" might have been some wildman that stole the food.

I think that's a special fried chicken wrap, and he finally gets it and it's terrible. Looking for the episode. Could it have been a fried chicken wrap instead, or definitely a burger?

I think it was a burger, at least that's what they called it in the dub. Could've been the ol jellyfilled donut trick I guess.

I figured would have been one of the popular shows, but I tried a few searches, and I'm either super off on the food details, or it's something more obscure.
I was super sheltered as a kid, so even if it was something obvious like Yugioh there's no way I'd remember.
