That's on purpose. Conor D Oil is an account that parodies "transvestigations" that MAGAs/TERFs often do to say derogatory shit to delegitimize and dehumanize the trans community (literal eugenics shit). Conor just draws random circles to show how stupid the whole thing is

They say unknow history, but White Cap Parties appears to have been an early occurrence of the game. From the wording of the articles -- did not read them in detail -- it appears as White Caps and the KKK were distinct, but with like basically identical clothes, tactics, opinions, and so on, so fair enough. Just predated the KKK maybe?
