Topson's hero pool is so deep, he's the only one that deserves winning TI

Seriously, he has cheese picks in nearly every game and he plays them well. Meanwhile other teams are on their 10th game with nearly the same heroes.

TI should've had fearless mode.

what I like the most in Thompson play style is how fresh his item builds are. It takes me back to freedom from dota 1, because in dota 2 everything is scrutinised, if you are a support and at certain point of the game decide for a different item from meta, you're reported for 'griefing', like there's only this rigid way of playing and enjoying the game

This is actually got me to stop playing, because I would have custom "non-conventional" builds that would do extremely well, but get flamed while winning a game. It got to the point I would just mute both teams, just to focus.

Only when the pros do it is it "innovating". That's why I like the Herald Review

Topson is definitely a fun player to watch, but there are other players with deep hero pools too, like Yatoro and Satanic etc.

Fearless draft would be cool to watch, though. Maybe not for TI but for a separate tournament.

There certainly are others, but few actually use them, and few use them so consistently.
