Reversed WHICH WAY?
RTFAing doesn't even help. Feed cut before saying anything on all the links.
best I got as a gist, rule 14 is/was written in the spirit of some type of RCV. But some amendment was added. Past primary result headlines have tended to be "first ballot vote share" so I have no idea from reading anything if anything has changed.
Disappointing, this website doesn't work in privacy first browsers.
