A pedestrian is someone who can spend money every twenty meters.

A driver is someone who has already decided where they’ll spend it.

And if you’ve gotten someone to get behind the wheel, congratulations. Now you’re not just competing with the store next door. You’re competing with the entire city at once. Because since they’re driving anyway, they’ll go where it’s cheaper, has more to offer, is more convenient, and has free parking.
