Our obsession with oil has ruined us. Maybe fatally.
It was planned to be the path to world domination for too long to reconsider.
And some say that wind turbines “destroy the landscape” 😂
That picture is so disconnected from my mental image of Kern River.
The Kern is one of the prettiest places in Southern CA. It's wild nature, dotted with small towns. That picture is something else entirely.
Development sounds euphemistic in this case.
How do you develop oil? It is the wrong word, should be extraction. Oil development lol.
