No one is going to say my property value is fluctuating, no one is going to talk about the state of my yard, that bastard sun will have to get through a fucking overpass to get me, the city can just pay me to maintain the overpass above the house and while in up there I'll paint a whimsical fucking mural that will perk up my day better than any view would.
