Yup. ICE will look at a legally binding document and say that it's fake and there's nothing you can do about it. Happened to my coworker who was held in one of their concentration camps for five months.

ICE is doing this now. They get information from TSA on who is going to be at what airports, and at which dates and times. That lets ICE make their arrest quotas with relatively low effort on their end.
If you have any kind of not completely regular immigration status, I would urge you to avoid domestic air travel in the United States right now.
People have been arrested at airports for overstayed visas, when they filed an adjustment of status on time, and the application has just been sitting at USCIS for several years.

If its any consolation, I don't think the American people actually chose this. Yes I know what the votes said but I really do not think that this administration actually won fair and square.

Trump is a cheater, so it's possible. But AFAIK there has been no evidence of any significant irregularities in the presidential election.
The path to a psychopathic society has been going on for decades, and is also part of US history.
Psychopathy is celebrated as an expression of freedom and oppression of minorities by racists. This is not new. The new thing is that it's done so widely and openly. Apparently Trump isn't even bad enough to act like a sort of cure. That's the real depressing part IMO.
