You don't need to watch movies to know their titles. Especially Marvel movie titles which are announced years before.
Plus I don't think anybody watched that Captain America movie.
Someone tell me it was released when I was locked up please because I have no recollection of that movie and it scares me.

Disney must have launched a dozen other ones on the same day, and the Falcon's series killed all the interest on it.
