Just so nobody forgets, I'll say it again....
Use to be just Russian amazon.
Then started selling helmets and body armor to civilians.
Putin forced its integration into the war machine. Now it supplies drone part and helmets and body armor to the military.
Also had a gun fight at their headquarters around the time they were forced into this by Putin. The assailant on the headquarters was explained as a domestic dispute.
Was gonna say, wildberries feels like a peculiar name for a military supplier
Russia doesn't supply their soldiers with anything but guns, bullets and old badly fitting uniforms. No armor, no medical supplies, nothing. They have to buy everything themselves if they want to improve their chances. Obviously marketplaces like Wildverries exploit took advantage of that.
They use them to evade sanctions. All the military gear is labeled "This is a toy not for combat use"
Knowing the Russian military, that's probably accurate. They're much cheaper!
