All part of a late-year MAGA push to pretend they love Ukraine because Putin's Puppet needs some help in the midterms.

When will people learn that nothing Trump says means anything, that no agreement, no contract, no law will even stand the next hour if he doesn't feel like it. His signature is literally not worth the ink on the paper, and I mean literally.
It's ridiculous anyone even still tries to reach binding agreements with him or reports his utterances as meaningful. The moment the experts even begin discussions about the consequences of his latest "decision" he's already typing a "truth" stating the polar opposite.
This is a complete clownshow in which the only currencies are hard power, economic might and strong alliances.
What's interesting about this one is he had no idea what was involved in his kingly decree and the Military Industrial Complex is the one that kicked him in the 'nards.
Of course, Boeing could do a bunch of shit to help and they aren't either. Are they Putin's puppets too?
No need to be Putin's lackey. They are a consolidated industrial concern with famously greedy executives. They could put in effort to develop lower cost munitions, increase manufacturing capacity or let other people join in production. But why? The incentives aren't there. They make money hand over fist as is. What are people going to do? Buy some competitor's system? That's not like going to the big box shop and getting some new kit. And it's not like their competitors could pump out gear, largely operating on the same model.
I guess he got a phone call from his boss, Putin.
