How about trimming the welfare state for the top 1%? Scrap their tax deductions and avoidances, their absence of inheritance or wealth taxes, etc.

You should see all the political ads on my local broadcast in a mostly conservative area. General elections are today and for the past weeks the ads for a very important topic the Republicans want to push are all about "the socialists are trying to do this to you, do you want this? Don't let the sicialists do this to you, vote yes on this thing" it's fucking ridiculous and manipulative.
