Sounds like everyone is underpaying for street parking.
Use parking fees to fund transit.
Though at over $1 billion per km, it won’t go far.
Waterloo Region built for $43 million per kilometer. Put those numbers beside each other and gape in perplexitude.
Anglo countries need to learn how to build cheaper.
But if we put the highway on the ground, we wouldn't have space for the highway underneath it!!
