[Bug] Unauthenticated users are shown a community settings page that makes it look like they can edit content without being a mod
For example, if you open this page, it will look like you can edit the title and sidebar, and even add/remove mods: https://photon.lemmy.ca/c/onguardforthee/settings
It doesn't actually work, and nothing will happen when you press save.
I noticed it just now while using the UI to add some new mods to a community.

I was about to explain why I probably wouldn't "fix" this, but I came up with a solution while explaining the problem lol. This'll be fixed with the next major release
